Honey Ham Grilled Sandwich
- 1 pound Uncured Honey Ham
- ½ pound Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 bolillo rolls
- 4 ounces pico de gallo
- 2 avocados (halved and sliced thin)
- 4 tablespoons spicy ranch
- Slice rolls in half
- Place ½ ounce of Pepper Jack cheese on each roll followed by avocado
- Layer on 4 ounces Uncured Honey Ham, pico de gallo and spicy ranch
- Finish off with ½ ounce of Pepper Jack cheese and place on the top half of the bolillo roll
- Heat on the stove until cheese is melted and it is heated through
