Swiss and Ham Ciabatta Sandwich

12 oz. Castle Wood Reserve Honey Ham

4 Slices Castle Wood Reserve Baby Swiss Cheese

1 Green Apple, washed, sliced

1 ½ c. Spring Mix, washed

4 Large Ciabatta Rolls

¼ c. Mayonnaise

1 Clove Garlic

¼ oz. Chives (half of a typical package found in the grocery store)


To prepare Aioli, place mayonnaise, garlic, and chives in a small container and blend with an immersion blender till everything is well incorporated. Add a few drops of water as needed until the aioli mixes evenly.

Slice rolls and arrange sandwich ingredients on your work-station.

Lay the four Ciabatta bottoms before you at your station. Begin your sandwiches with the apple slices. Follow with the slices of cheese. Next lay the ham slices atop the cheese. Follow with the Spring Mix. Finally, spread the Aioli on the tops of the Ciabatta rolls. Place the tops on the sandwiches and enjoy. Serve with chips if desired.
