Roast Beef Pho (Vietnamese Soup)

32oz beef broth

1 pound flat rice noodles

8 slices of Castle Wood Reserve Angus Seasoned Roast Beef

3 cups bean sprouts

1 TBSP sliced pepperoncini or jarred hot pepper

1 large red onion, thinly sliced

Bottled garlic chili sauce


Cook the noodles per label instructions.

Bring broth to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook broth 7 minutes, remove from heat.

Add cooked noodles, roast beef, sprouts, peppers and onion.

Serve with garlic chili sauce and allow your guests to add their own level of spiciness!
