Soak toothpicks in water (to prevent burning in oven).

Rinse scallops and pat dry. Season with salt & pepper on both sides.

Cut ham slices in half. Roll the 12 pieces of ham lengthwise and wrap around each scallop, secure with a toothpick or small skewer.

Spray baking dish with nonstick spray and add scallops.

Broil for 4 minutes or until scallops are opaque and ham is crispy.
